Vegetable cutlets with the bulgury
Ingredients:
Boiled bulgur — 250 g
Feta — 20 g
Canned green peas — 100 g
Eggs — 2 pieces.
Zucchini — 1/2 pieces.
Red paprika — 1 piece.
Handful of fresh spinach
Bread crumbs — 150 g
Salt, oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Bulgur to boil according to the instruction on packaging. To cool.
2. To mix with green peas, spinach and eggs.
3. Feta will be mashed fork and to mix to weight with the bulgury.
4. To polish with zucchini, to cut pepper with small cubes.
5. To mix everything. From the received weight to create cutlets, to roll in them in crackers and to fry on the warmed frying pan till golden color.
6. To give with leaves of green salad!
