Pickled red onion.
It will be required to you:
1/2 glasses of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar (or honey)
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 glass of water
1 red bulb cut by half rings
Preparation:
1. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and water together in small bowl, sugar and salt have to be dissolved completely.
2. Put the cut onions in bank and fill in with vinegar stock.
3. Close and give to stand at the room temperature within 1 hour.
