Honey and nut pie
Ingredients:
fat cream (for stuffing) 1 tablespoon.
pine nuts of 50 g
cashew or hazelnuts of 100-150 g
refiner syrup (for stuffing) 1/4 glasses
desi (for stuffing) 3 tablespoons.
desi (for dough) 100 g
honey (+ 1 tablespoon) 1/3 glasses
almonds of 100 g
flour (for dough) 1 1/4 glasses
baking powder of 1/2 h. l.
sugar (for dough) 2 tablespoons.
salt (for dough) 1/4 h. l.
salt (for stuffing) 1/8 h. l.
egg (for dough) 1 piece.
Preparation:
Nuts with honey - one of the best means for immunity strengthening, and also power source for organism. One slice of honey pie with almonds, cashew and pine nuts will load you with cheerfulness and good mood for the whole day! So, slightly dry nutlets in oven or in frying pan.
Mix ingredients for dough (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and desi) manually or by means of the blender. Dough has to be friable and with small lumps.
Shake up egg and add to dough. Again mix.
Place dough on land surface, divide into 4 parts and slightly suppress each part hands that fat was evenly distributed. Then again connect dough in one. Warm oven to 190 degrees, place dough in the baking tray lined with foil.
Press dough that it even layer has laid down on baking sheet bottom, and bake 15-20 minutes.
On average fire dissolve sugar and salt in small amount of water (quarter of glass), bring to the boil and prepare 2 minutes. Then add oil and cream, and boil a minute more.
Let's syrup cool down a little, then add honey and carefully mix.
Fill in with syrup nuts and place this stuffing over cake layer when it is ready.
Place baking tray with pie in oven for 10 minutes. Let's cool down and cut on slices.
