Ham in cheese with greens
Ingredients:
Greens of 30 g
Cheese of firm 400 g
Garlic 1 tooth.
Gelatin of 1 tablespoon.
Water of 60 ml
Ham of 300 g
To wash greens (parsley or fennel) and to put on paper towels to dry a little.
Small to cut greens.
To grate cheese.
To crush garlic.
To fill in gelatin with water and to leave to stand 40-45 minutes, then to put on fire and to stir slowly until completely is dissolved (not to boil).
To mix cheese with greens and garlic in small bowl. To pour in gelatin, carefully to mix.
To cover land surface with food wrap. To put on it the prepared weight, from above to put still film layer.
To roll weight in flat cake about 1 cm thick and such size that in it it was possible to inwrap ham.
Densely to inwrap ham in cheese flat cake.
To inwrap cheese with ham in film. To put in the refrigerator minimum for 2-3 hours.
Before giving to get roll from the refrigerator and to cut.
