Apple muffins with flax seeds
Ingredients:
yogurt or kefir (nonfat, without flavor additives) 1/2 glasses
cinnamon of 1/2 h. l.
refiner syrup 1/2 glasses
baking powder of 1/2 h. l.
flax seeds (processed) 3/4 glasses
baking soda of 2 h. l.
salt 1/2 of h. l.
wholegrain flour 1 3/4 of glass
extract of vanilla 1/2 of h. l.
apples of 2 pieces.
the apple puree which is (not sweetened) 1/2 glasses
egg of 1 piece.
Preparation:
Seeds of flax possess wide range of useful properties in this connection are successfully applied in traditional medicine. But also in cookery this product is applied not less successfully. In particular, in Russian cuisine from seeds of flax cooked porridges and kissels, added to salads and pastries. Here and we will try to bake muffins with flax seeds. And apple puree in combination with cinnamon will give to pastries unique aroma. So, apple and linen muffins! Warm oven to 200 degrees. Mix flour, flax seeds, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon in big bowl.
And in other ware - sugar, eggs, yogurt, extract of vanilla and apple puree. Properly shake up that homogeneous mass has turned out. Then pour in liquid mix in dry and mix that components have connected. Here special care is not necessary.
Cut apples and implicate them in dough. Oil forms for muffins and place in them apple and linen dough.
Send muffins to oven for 20-25 minutes, or so far they will not become golden-brown.
