How to prepare donuts. Recipe of barmy donuts
Ingredients:
1 glass of milk;
30 g of desi;
2 vitelluses;
12 tablespoons of flour;
1 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
1 tablespoons of icing sugar;
30 g of compressed yeast;
vegetable oil (for frying);
salt pinch.
Preparation:
In big bowl to sift flour. To add yeast to warm milk. To mix. To cover with towel and to put in warm place for 20 minutes. In 20 minutes to add granulated sugar, salt, yolks to yeast and milk. To shake up.
To add warm (! not kindled) desi. Carefully to mix. In flour to pour in the received mix. To knead elastic dough. To cover dough with towel and to put in warm place for 40 minutes. Dough has to rise by 2-3 times. To powder table with flour, to roll dough 1 cm thick, to cut out donuts. To allow them to lie down 20-30 more minutes.
To warm oil. To fry donuts from two parties before formation of ruddy crust. Oils for frying has to be so much that the donut has been covered on half. To lay out our barmy donuts before giving on paper towel to remove excesses of oil. To powder with icing sugar.
