Unsweetened pancakes with cottage cheese and garlick stuffing
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 glass of flour
1 glass of milk
sunflower oil
salt pinch
1-2 bunches of small cut parsley (it is possible more)
Stuffing:
100g curd paste
6 dried tomatoes, small to cut
3-5 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 teaspoons of caraway seeds
1-2 garlic gloves to squeeze out
1-2 carrots to boil or bake, then to cut
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix and shake up ingredients for pancakes, except oil. Then gradually start adding oil, bringing mix to homogeneous consistence.
From the received dough fry thin pancakes and leave them on plate will prepare stuffing so far.
For stuffing shake up the manual blender all ingredients for stuffing. Lay out small amount of the received curds on pancake, twist and slightly press. Repeat this procedure with other stuffing and pancakes. Pancakes are ready!
