Chicken legs with potatoes
Ingredients:
- chicken legs,
- potatoes,
- fat slice (or vegetable oil),
- sour cream,
- mayonnaise,
- spices,
- salt,
- lemon segment
Preparation:
1.skovorodu to lay foil
(so that on the one hand there was long edge) to spread out fat slices (or to pour in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil), to spread out legs, to squeeze out juice of lemon and to sprinkle legs, to salt, strew with spices, to mix sour cream and mayonnaise, to grease legs;
2. we cut the peeled potatoes circles, we stack near legs, slightly to salt, grease with sour cream and mayonnaise, to strew with spices, to add 3-4 tablespoons of water, to cover with foil;
3.postavit in the oven heated to 180 C to sustain 35 - 40 minutes, to get to open foil and in oven on 15min., having exposed 200 C.
