Bulgur with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
2-3 tbsps of vegetable oil
300 g of bulgur
1 average chicken (about 1 kg)
2 average bulbs
1 large red paprika
1 large ripe tomato
salt
Preparation:
1) In deep frying pan to warm vegetable oil. To pour bulgur and carefully to mix it with oil. To pour in 3 glasses of hot water, to close cover and to cook on average fire of 12-15 minutes.
2) Chicken to wash up, cut small pieces. On separate frying pan to warm oil, to fry on it pieces of chicken to golden crust (about 10 minutes).
3) Onions to clean, cut half rings. Pepper to wash up, remove seeds and partitions, to cut straws. Tomato to wash up, cut thin segments. To add vegetables to chicken, to salt to taste and to extinguish to readiness (about 20 minutes).
4) When giving on table on each plate to lay out bulgur, and on it — chicken with vegetables.
