Ingredients:
Olive oil of 2 tablespoons.
Onion of 0,5 pieces.
Tomatoes in own juice of 400 g
Tomato paste of 2 tablespoons.
Granulated sugar of 2 tablespoons.
Basil of dried 2,5 h. l.
Oregano of dried 4 h. l.
Salt of 1,5 h. l.
Pepper of black ground 1,5 h. l.
Garlic 4 tooth.
Ground beef of 500 g
Crackers breading 4 tablespoons.
Cheese of firm 50 g
Eggs of 1 piece.

Let's begin with sauce.
Heat olive oil in big deep pan or stewpan on average fire. Add small cut onions and fry to floor of transparency, 3-5 minutes.
Add the crushed tomatoes and their juice and tomato paste. Mix to homogeneous mass. Add sugar, basil, oregano, and well everything mix salt, pepper, the crushed garlic. Add at will sugar. Cover and bring to the boil on average fire.
Add ground beef to big bowl, strew with bread crumbs, grated cheese, add basilicas, oregano, salt, pepper, add the eggs which are shaken up separately. Well vent everything to uniformity of mix.
Create from the received forcemeat of quenelle with a diameter of-3 centimeters and put them directly in the boiling sauce. At me left from 14 to 18 quenelles this recipe. You can receive more or less depending on the size.
Cover sauce and extinguish on average fire within 45-50 minutes.
Give with macaroni or on rolls as sandwich.
