Roll from crabsticks

Very tasty, gentle and bright snack in the form of roll.

Ingredients:

- 200 g of crabsticks
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 150 g of cheese
- 3 boiled eggs
- 4 garlic gloves
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- fennel greens
- salt – to taste

Preparation:

To break eggs in pan. To add to them flour, vegetable oil, milk, salt to taste and everything to shake up by means of the mixer.

To exempt crabsticks from film packaging material and to crush, it is possible to rub on small grater.

To add them to egg mix, properly to mix. Here to add the crushed greens of fennel, about 2 tablespoons.

On baking tray to lay paper for pastries, to oil it vegetable and to pour out the prepared mix. Evenly to distribute it and to put baking tray in oven. To bake about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the omelet prepares, we will prepare stuffing. For this purpose to grate cheese and eggs on small grater. To crush garlic by means of press. To crush greens of fennel, to connect everything, to dress with mayonnaise and carefully to mix. The stuffing is ready. It is possible to add in addition crushed crabsticks, paprika to it and everything that will wish – matter of taste.

We get ready omelet from oven, we allow it to cool down a little and it is accurately dischargeable from paper. Then we distribute stuffing on all surface and we turn in roll.

To inwrap roll in food wrap and to keep in the refrigerator of 5-6 hours.

When giving to cut. The snack is ready.
