Nut cheesecake
Ingredients:
Basis:
100 g of bitter chocolate
200 g of cookies
150 g of nut mix: pistachio nuts, filbert, cashew, peanut
50 g of desi
Cheesecake:
500 g of cream cheese
3 eggs
3 yolks
100 g of refiner syrup
125 g of fat cream
250 g of peanut butter
Top ping:
100 g of bitter chocolate
125 g of fat cream
150 g of nut mix: pistachio nuts, filbert, cashew, peanut
100 g of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of water
Preparation:
Heat oven to 180C. Prepare round form (22 cm).
Kindle chocolate with oil. Nuts small cut. Crush cookies to crumb. Mix cookies, oil, chocolate, nuts to uniform mix and densely stamp at the bottom of form. Put in the refrigerator to harden.
In big bowl shake up cream cheese with eggs, sugar, cream and peanut butter. Pour out this weight over the hardened basis. Now send form to oven for 30 minutes, then reduce temperature to 170C and hold 20 more. Get and cool, but do not remove edge of form yet.
Kindle chocolate together with cream. Fill in with chocolate cream pie from above and put in the refrigerator.
Mix sugar with water at the bottom of pan with thick bottom. Heat mix to sugar remelting. Do not mix spoon. When sugar starts shooting, caramel is ready. Sugar had to be kindled, and to get mix golden color. Cool and then mix with nuts. Decorate with this mix cheesecake from above.
