Magnificent snack Tomatoes with cheese

Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 5 pieces,
+ cheese - 200 gr.,
+ mushrooms - 200 - 250 gr.,
+ onions - 1 bulb,
+ eggs - 2 pieces,
+ melted butter - 1/2 tablespoons
+ desi - 15 gr.,
+ pepper - to taste,
+ salt - to taste.

Preparation:
1. Mushrooms to wash, clean and boil. Then to cut them with plates and to fry.
2. To slice tomatoes, to cut onions in small cubes. To rub cheese on large grater, the dried roll – on small.
3. To grease clay pan with desi, to lay in it several layers tomatoes, to salt them and pepper. From above to lay out mushrooms and onions.
4. To shake up eggs with milk and melted butter, to water tomatoes, to strew with cheese and crumbs of roll.
5. On table to give dish in the same ware in which it prepared.
