The flounder fried on frying pan
Ingredients:
Flounder/pangasius - 4 pieces (cleared and without bone)
White wine - 1/2 glasses
Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces (to cut rings)
The paprika fried on grill - 100 g (small to cut straws)
Capers - 2 tablespoons
Green olives - 12 pieces
Parsley
Olive oil - 1/4 glasses
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Salt and pepper the cleared fish.
Heat oil in big frying pan and lay out scales down. Prepare 6-8 minutes on average fire. Turn and fry on the other hand. Lay out the cut olives, tomatoes and pepper on fish. Prepare 3 more minutes.
Fill in fish with wine. Let's alcohol time be absorbed. Add salts.
Powder with parsley. Switch off fire.
Slightly sprinkle olive oil fish before giving.
