ROLL FROM COTTAGE CHEESE CHEESE AND SMOKED SALMON

Roll from cottage cheese cheese and smoked salmon

Ingredients:

— cottage cheese — 250 g
— cheese cottage cheese — 150 g
— gelatin — 10 g
— horse-radish — 2 tbsps.
— lemon juice — 1 tbsp.
— lemon dried peel — 1 tsp.
— cream — 150 g
— smoked salmon (thin slices) — 400 g
— celery — 1 scape
— chopped fennel — 1 tbsp.
— salt, pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1. To wet gelatin in cold water.
2. To connect cottage cheese cheese to cottage cheese, horse-radish, lemon juice and dried peel. To salt, pepper and well to mix.
3. To dismiss gelatin in stewpan on weak fire, to mix with two tablespoons of cheese curds and to mix to bulk from cottage cheese and cheese. To enter whipped cream.
4. To cut 1/3 salmons small slices and to add to cheese curds. Celery to crush and add together with fennel. To mix.
5. To lay form food wrap. To lay out slices of salmon so that they supported edges of form. To lay out stuffing, to level and cover with the overhanging slices of fish. To put in the refrigerator for the night.
6. To overturn ready roll on dish, to remove film and to slice.
