Fruit pie Pleasure

Ingredients:

For biscuit:
Flour - 170 gr.
Sugar - 150 gr.
Eggs - 4 pieces.
Baking powder - 1 h. spoon
For cream:
Sour cream - 500 gr.
Gelatin - 30 gr.
Sugar - 200 gr.
Kiwi - 1 piece.
Banana - 2 pieces.
Apple - 1 piece.
Orange - 1 piece.

Preparation:

We cook dough for biscuit: to shake up eggs with sugar
To add flour and baking powder. It is good to mix everything. Dough for biscuit is ready!
To lay out dough for biscuit on baking tray and to bake in oven of 40 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees
To ready biscuit to allow to cool down and cut in cubes
To cut kiwi in cubes
It is good to clear and cut orange in cubes
To cut bananas in cubes
To peel apple of peel and sunflower seeds and to cut in cubes

We prepare cream: gelatin to fill in 70 ml. cold water and to leave for 20 min. Carefully to shake up sour cream with sugar. To dissolve gelatin on hot water bath, to cool and thin stream to enter it into the swept-away cream

In form to lay out slices of fruit and biscuit. To fill in with the swept-away cream and to put in the refrigerator for 2 hours
The ready fruit pie can be decorated with coconut flakes. Bon appetit!
