Banana pudding

Banana pudding

Ingredients:
4 big vitelluses
Sugar – ? glass
Starch – 3 tablespoons
Milk – 2,75 glasses
Banana flavored liqueur – ? glasses
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
2 firm, but ripe bananas
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Cookies

Preparation:
Shake up yolks with sugar at medium-to-high speed in the mixer about 5-7 minutes till light yellow color.
Add starch, mix to homogeneous mass.
Enter milk and mix.
Put mix on fire on average fire.
Periodically stir slowly and bring to solidification, reduce fire and prepare about 2 more minutes (can almost reach boiling).
Remove from fire, add vanillin and liqueur. Leave for 20 minutes. In pan mix lemon juice with 3 tablespoons of water.
Cut banana and dip into lemon water (it will help to avoid blackening).
Lay out layers cookies, banana and pudding. Put for 2 hours per the refrigerator before full cooling.
