Salad with chicken, haricot and cheese
Plain salatik from simple ingredients, but very much and very tasty – absolutely not leavened, nourishing and quite juicy
Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken fillet – 300g
- Haricot (boiled or tinned) – 200g
- Cheese (firm) – 150g
- Corn (tinned) – 400g
- Cucumber pickles – 3-4 pieces.
- Black bread – 3 slices
- Garlic – 1 segment
- Salt, mayonnaise, parsley bunch
Preparation:
Garlic to clear, rub on small grater or to pass through press. To rub slices of black bread with salt and garlic, to cut in cubes and to dry on frying pan without oil. To cut chicken fillet small slices.
To cut cucumber pickles in cubes. From corn to merge liquid. To cut cheese thin brusochka or straws. Parsley to wash up, dry, cut off long stalks, small to cut parsley greens. In salad bowl to mix chicken fillet, haricot, cheese, corn, cucumber pickles, parsley and garlick croutons from black bread, to add mayonnaise, once again to mix salad.
