Pears in Almond Cream pie

Ingredients:

Basis:
Flour – 200 g
Cold water – 2-3 tablespoons
Cold oil – 110 g
Almond cream:
Nibbled almond – ? glass
Sugar – ? glasses
Desi – the 5th tablespoons
1 whole egg
1 egg white
Almonds extract – ? teaspoons
Pears – 3 pieces
Lemon juice
In addition:
1 tablespoon of water
4 tablespoons of apricot jam

Preparation:

1. In the food processor shake up flour with oil to friable crumb. Pour in cold water. Dough has to start being fastened. Lay out dough on land surface, knead and blind from disk. Wrap food wrap and put in the refrigerator minimum for hour (till 2 days).
2. Roll dough in thin disk with diameter about form for pie (about 23 cm) and lay out in form.
3. Heat oven to 190 degrees.
4. In the blender grind almonds. After addition of each new ingredient shake up: desi, yaytso+belok+mindalny extract. Shake up finally.
5. Pour out cream on in form for pie.
6. Previously clear pears, cut out core and cut in half and cut on small segments. Sprinkle pears lemon juice, shift them rake in cream. Slightly press down them in cream.
Bake 50-55 minutes. Be convinced that the stuffing has grabbed and became golden-brown.
In small kastryulka heat water or brandy with jam. Use this mix to grease hot pie for gloss.
8. Cool to room temperature and give.
