Mulled wine for the evening
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
- Dry red wine (table) - 750 ml
- Refiner syrup - 60 grams
- Cinnamon in sticks - 2 features
- Carnation - 3 features
- Allspice - 5 pieces
- Lemons - ? pieces
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Preparation:
1. At first pour wine in pan and then heat it on average fire.
2. Add sugar and spicery (to taste, but most often cinnamon and carnation), lower fire to small stir and bring to the boil (let's boil). Pour on glasses (take special glasses for mulled wine) and give.
3. The fragrant hot beverage is ideal in cold weather. Mulled wine warms, weakens and improves mood.
