Classical English grog
Ingredients:
clear water – 2 glasses
dark rum – 0,75 l
sugar – 2 tablespoons
carnation – 21goroshina
black sprinkling pepper 0,5 teaspoons
ground cinnamon – 0, 5 teaspoons
leaves of fresh mint – bunch
Preparation:
In big pan we boil water. We add sugar, leaves of mint and spice. Again we bring to the boil, we reduce fire and we cook about 15 minutes. We remove from fire, we filter, we add rum and properly we mix. We cover and give to be drawn 15 more minutes. Drink should be served on table at once.
Council: it is recommended to drink grog from wide glasses
