Chocolate pie with gentle cottage cheese bottom (in the crock-pot)
Ingredients:
cottage cheese - 250 g;
eggs - 2sht.;
sugar - 210g. and 3 tablespoons;
flour - 150g. and 2 tablespoons;
vanilla sugar - 1 bag - 25g.;
plums. oil - 50 g;
milk - 75 ml. and 4 tablespoons;
cocoa - 4 tablespoons;
rast. (flavourless) oil - 50 ml.;
soda - 5g.;
baking powder - 5 g;
boiled water - 65 ml.
Preparation:
1. Cottage cheese dough:
cottage cheese + one egg + 60 g of sugar + 2 tablespoons of flour + vanilla sugar to mix in the blender. To clean for 20 min. in the freezer.
2. Chocolate dough:
egg + 150g. torments + 50 ml. rast. oils + 2 tablespoons of cocoa + 150 g of sugar + 75 ml. milk + soda and baking powder, we mix everything and we mix, to homogeneous state, then we pour in boiled water and again everything is well mixed.
3. We get cottage cheese dough from the freezer, we grease crock-pot bowl with desi and we spread cottage cheese dough, from above we fill in with chocolate dough and we put in the crock-pot on the pastries mode - 60 min.
4. When pie is ready, we get it from the crock-pot and we start cooking glaze:
50g. plums. oils + 4 tablespoons of milk + 3st. sugar spoons + 2 tablespoons of cocoa, we cook all this 5 min., constantly stirring slowly.
5. We fill in pie with glaze, hot so far and liquid that has impregnated pie.
