Biffins with cinnamon and honey

Ingredients:
- 12 acid apples.
- 1/2 glasses of honey.
- 100 g of refiner syrup.
- Cinnamon.

Preparation:
To warm oven to 180 degrees. To remove the center of apples and to lay out them on the baking tray for pastries which is laid out by foil. To mix honey, sugar and cinnamon and to fill with it apples, filling opening. To put in oven for half an hour, and then to cool within 10 minutes. To give at the room temperature.
