Forcemeat casserole with stuffing and in potato fur coat
Ingredients:
750-1000 g forcemeat (pork + beef)
2 average bulbs
2 eggs
1 red paprika
200 g of Feta cheese
200 g of white loaf
1 big vegetable marrow or zucchini (300 g)
5-6 average pieces potatoes
2 h. mustard spoons
salt
pepper
thyme
Preparation:
To wet white loaf in cold water.
Onions to clean and cut very small with cubes.
To cut paprika and feta with small cubes.
Zucchini to wash up, cut lengthways (best of all special knife for cleaning of vegetables) thin strips and to fry 5 minutes in hot vegetable oil.
To add eggs, the wrung-out white loaf, onions, mustard, salt, pepper, thyme to forcemeat and it is good to vent. Then to add paprika and to Fet and once again to mix.
To divide forcemeat into 2 equal parts.
To lay form for roasting baking paper.
To lay out half of forcemeat on paper, giving it the oval oblong form. From above to lay out the fried zucchinis and to cover with the second half of forcemeat, smoothing all parties
Potatoes to clean, rub on large grater, to salt, wring out and lay out on forcemeat, slightly pressing down from above and on each side.
To bake in the oven which is previously warmed to 200 °C at the average level about 1 hour (or an hour and a half - depends on your oven)
