Donuts from banana dough
Ingredients:
Sugar – 6 tablespoons
Egg – 1 piece
1 ripe banana
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Vanillin – ? teaspoons
The Greek yogurt – 1 tablespoon
Salt – ? teaspoons
Cinnamon – 1/8 teaspoons
Soda – ? teaspoons
Baking powder – ? teaspoons
Flour – ? glass + 1 tablespoon
Chocolate cover:
Bitter chocolate – 60 g
Syrup or treacle – 1 teaspoon
Desi – 1 tablespoon
Water – 1 teaspoon
Chocolate confiture
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease form for donuts with desi. Shake up egg with sugar about 4 minutes to light shade. Add banana puree, oil, vanillin and yogurt.
In separate bowl mix salt with cinnamon, baking powder, soda and flour. Gradually enter dry-mix in egg and mix.
Pour dough in usual plastic bag and then cut off tip (by the principle of pastry bag).
Fill each opening for donut in shape on 2/3. Bake 10-12 minutes.
Slightly cool.
While donuts are concerned or cool down, lay out chocolate, syrup, oil and water in small pan for microwave and put for 30 seconds to be kindled.
When donuts have cooled down about 5 minutes, dip everyone into glaze. Powder with confiture. Let's time stiffen.
