Spaghetti in Italian
Ingredients:
Garlic (segments) - 2 pieces
Chili pepper - 1 piece
Olive oil - 70 ml
Tomatoes red - 500 grams
Capers - 30 grams
Olives without stone - 30 grams
Sea salt - 1.25 teaspoons
Basil fresh violet - 30 grams
Spaghetti - 300 grams
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Portions: 4
Caloric content: 476 kcal for the portion
At once put on fire water for spaghetti, and then start sauce preparation.
Crush garlic and peppers of Chile. If you wish less sharpness — do not forget to remove seeds. Fry everything couple of minutes on olive oil.
Peel ripe tomatoes of thin skin, previously having made on it crosswise cut and having lowered in boiled water for minute.
Well crush tomatoes and add to frying pan to garlic and pepper, bring to the boil and let's boil minutes 5 on small fire.
Add capers and the cut olives, salt and prepare 5 more minutes.
In minute until the end of preparation of sauce put in it the cut basil.
Cook spaghetti to condition of al tent, merge water and sprinkle olive oil.
Put hot spaghettis on plate, and from above lay out sauce.
