Chicken in envelope
It is required to you:
pack of puff pastry (two plates),
300-400g chicken fillet (fillet of one chicken, it is possible to add also meat from hips),
1 carrots,
2-3 bulbs,
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar,
spices for chicken,
salt and pepper - to taste.
Preparation:
We prepare stuffing (it is possible for hour before preparation, or to prepare since evening and to leave in the refrigerator):
we cut chicken fillet in cubes, carrots through grater, we cut onions and we mix everything with spices, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar.
We roll puff pastry (the plate should be rolled in one direction) before receiving long rectangular strip which we cut on 8 small squares (total from two plates of dough 16 small squares turn out).
on dough we spread stuffing and we pinch out in the form of envelope. Ready envelopes it is spread on greased frying pan or baking tray and we bake in oven. Minutes through 25-30 dish it is ready. Surely try, very tasty.
