Fiery pie or Flammkukhen from Alsace

Flammkuchen (flammkukhen) - fiery pie, which recipe was born once in Alsace villages.

Ingredients:

For the test for 4 portion flammkukhen:
330-380 gr. torments
200 ml. warm water
8 gr. fresh yeast or 3 gr. the dry

5 gr. salts
1 tablespoons of vegetable oil
For stuffing:
200 gr. cream-fresha (if you have no cream-fresha, replace simply with sour cream)
1 egg
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
75 gr. grated cheese
100 gr. smoked ham
1 bulb
green onions
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Preparation:

To part yeast in warm water, to add sugar and to leave for 15 minutes. To sift flour, to add barmy mix, salt, oil and to knead soft dough. Do not add all flour at once. It is better to take at first 320 gr approximately and already then to pour as required. Dough turns out soft and does not stick to hands to Leave to rise by floor of hour at the room temperature.
While dough rises, we warm up oven to 240 degrees and we will prepare stuffing. We clean onions, we cut in half, then once again and it is thin it is cut. Cheese is grated, we cut ham strips, the green onions are small cut.
We shake up egg a few nimbus, we add cream-fresh, dobavly cheese, ham, onions, green onions, oil, we salt (do not put too much salt, cheese and ham already salty), we pepper, we add a little nutmeg and we mix well.
We divide dough into 4 pieces. We roll it is thin. We transfer to baking tray with baking paper. At me on 1 baking tray 2 flammkukhen are located. We do small sides at dough. We spread stuffing on each piece of dough.
