Chocolate cakes
Ingredients:
Bitter chocolate - 110 g
Sugar - 2 glasses
Eggs - 4 pieces
Flour - 1 1/2 glasses
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Break chocolate bar. Add palm-oil. Warm on slow fire before obtaining weak body. Do not forget to mix.
Separately mix flour, sugar, salt, soda. Separately to shake up eggs with vanilla and add the cooled-down chocolate mix.
Cook before bodying, stirring slowly. To add sugar with flour mix, to mix. Lay out in form.
Bake within 25 minutes at temperature of oven of 180 degrees. After cover cake layers with glaze.
