Pizza on thin basis
Ingredients:
Dough
Water — 125 gr.
Salt — 1/4 teaspoons
Oil — 1 tablespoon
Yeast — 25 gr.
Flour — on situation...
Preparation:
We cook dough...
We part yeast in warm water
We fill up torments glass, we add salt to cup
We add oil.
We add divorced yeast
We knead how many we can in bowl
Then diligent we rumple — yet will not cease to stick to fingers
We put in cup we cover and we wait it will be drawn so far... about an hour. Dough has to increase time 3
Again we rumple, we Halve. We roll.
We receive equal circle. well or other geometrical form — voluntarily
Now we will be engaged in sauce... well more true they can be engaged while dough approaches.
We take vegetable set (2 red onions, 500 gr. tomatoes)
We extinguish-fry, we Add chesnochka, well and other seasonings to taste.
By means of the blender we make small the turned-out vegetable weight.
