Grated jam pie

Ingredients:
Flour – 2 glasses
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/8 teaspoons
Desi – 220 g
Sugar – 1 glass
2 yolks
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Jam or jam (crimson, for example) – 110 g
Icing sugar

Preparation:
Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Shake up desi the mixer with sugar. Hammer eggs, continuing to shake up. Vsypte flour mix and vanillin. Knead dough and create ball. Wrap it in food wrap and put in the refrigerator for couple of hours or for the night.
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease with desi form for pie.
Rub half of dough on large grater. Lay out grated dough in form, slightly press. Smear jam layer. From above lay out layer of other grated dough.
Bake 35 minutes to golden-brown crust. Cool and before giving powder with icing sugar.
