Cheese balls
Ingredients (on 60 pieces):
120 g of desi
160 g of flour
100 g of small polished parmesan
100 g of small polished semihard cheese
4 eggs
salt to taste
400 ml of vegetable oil for hot fan
Preparation:
1. We put oil, salt and pepper in kastryulka. We pour in 250 ml of water. We put on fire and we hold until oil thaws. We remove from fire and we implicate flour. We return on ring and we hold on fire, constantly stirring until dough becomes homogeneous and starts lagging behind pan sides. We remove from plate.
2. We shift dough in bowl, we add cheese and it is well mixed.
3. On one we add to egg dough, carefully mixing after everyone.
4. We make dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. From refrigerated dough we separate on 1 tsp and we create balls. We put on the surface laid by parchment.
5. In deep ware on average fire we warm vegetable oil. In 4-5 parties we fry cheese balls to readiness and golden color, for 3-5 minutes on party. We give immediately.
