Cookies from bitter dark chocolate
Ingredients:
Gorky dark chocolate slices - 260 g
3 big egg whites, room temperature
Icing sugar - 2,5 glasses
Cocoa powder - 1/2 glasses
Starch - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
Preparation:
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Lay 2 baking sheets paper for pastries. Kindle 180-200 g of chocolate on water bath or in microwave. Slightly cool.
The mixer beat whites to steady peaks, gradually to vsypta icing sugar (1 glass). Continue to shake up so far mix will not be similar to cream for zephyr or marshmallow.
Mix glass of icing sugar with cocoa, starch and salt. At average speed of the mixer enter dry-mix into cream. Enter the kindled chocolate and other chocolate slices.
Lay out the powders which have remained half-glass in bowl and roll in chocolate balls from dough in it. Lay out cookies on baking tray and do the same procedure with other dough.
Bake so far the crust on cookies will not burst, about 10 minutes. Cool and give.
