Pork with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients:

500 gr. pork
300 gr. champignons
200 gr. cheese
salt, pepper, vegetable oil — to taste

Preparation:

Cut champignons small slices. Fry on vegetable oil to readiness. Cut pork on pieces and beat off. Fry pork chops to golden crust. Grate cheese on large grater.
Lay out chops in form, evenly cover them with layer of mushrooms. Strew with grated cheese and bake in oven before emergence of cheese crust. Pork with mushrooms and cheese is ready. Bon appetit!
