Rolls with cottage cheese by Christmas
Ingredients:
Flour - the 6th glass
Cottage cheese (it is possible cheese ricotta) - 500 g
Sugar - 1 glass
Egg - 4 pieces
Water (warm) - 1 glass
Sunflower oil - 220 ml
Lemon (dried peel) - 1 piece
Yeast - 60 g / 1,5 packs of yeast powder
Raisin - 100 g
In bowl with flour in the middle make opening and fill up yeast, having filled in with their warm water. to permeshayta that yeast was dissolved.
Add oil, 2 eggs and half of dried peel.
Hands knead dough. Put it in the oiled bowl and cover with pure towel or food wrap that dough has increased twice. Put in warm place.
While dough rises, we will be engaged in cottage cheese stuffing. In bowl mix cottage cheese, raisin, the remained sugar, egg and half of dried peel.
Mix to homogeneous mass. Put in the refrigerator. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
When dough has risen, roll it.
Sharp knife dough on small squares.
Fill each small square with 2 teaspoons of curds. Close by the principle of envelope. Grease all rolls with yolk and leave for 10 minutes before putting in oven that they have a little settled.
Bake 30-35 minutes to golden crust. Condemn and powder with icing sugar.
