Rich jam pie

My dough has turned out too much for one pie and from leftover dough of pies has stuck. Instead of jam I have taken plum confiture.

Ingredients:
250 ml of warm water,
5 g of yeast powder,
1 egg,
40 g of sugar,
50 ml of vegetable oil,
500 g of wheat flour.
350-400 g of jam (jam or confiture).

Preparation:
In water to part yeast with sugar.
To add serially oil and egg, well mixing every time.
To pour flour and to knead dough.
To make sphere of dough, to oil vegetable, to cover and clean in warm place for 1 hour.
To warm oven to 200 degrees.
Small retreat: it is possible to make one pie in big form, at me such is not present. It is possible in general and to do without form. But I have decided to make small accurate pie and some more small pies. To decorate it too at will – I cut out from rolled dough florets and leaflets by means of cliche for cookies, it is possible to knife still strips wavy and to lay them over stuffing grid.
To make cake layer with sides in form or on baking sheet, to lay out stuffing and to decorate.
To put to be baked for 20 minutes (pies were concerned 15).
