Cheese crackers

Ingredients:

220g cheese (on similarity of Cheddar)
4 tbsps of desi
1 glass of flour
3/4 tsps of salt
2 tbsps of water

Preparation:

Make any form for cutting of cracker on the taste of aluminum jar. It is possible to use already ready forms. (Council: aluminum is easily scissored and bent!)
Grate cheese and cubes chop oil.
In the blender grind cheese, flour, oil of room temperature and salt to small crumb.
Pour in water and again mix.
Fasten dough and, having wrapped in food wrap, send on minutes 20 to the refrigerator.
It is thin roll refrigerated dough and cut out crackers the made formochka.
Lay baking tray parchment and lay out the cut-out small fishes.
Bake small fishes and Pak-menov at temperature of 180 degrees about 15 minutes.
Cool.
