Rolls with cheese stuffing
Ingredients:
Warm water - 1/4 glasses
Yeast - 2,5 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
Flour - 4 glasses
Salt - 1,5 teaspoons
Desi - 30 g
Milk - 1, 5 glasses + 2 tablespoons
Egg - 1 piece
For stuffing:
Cream cheese (Philadelphia, for example) - 100 g
Icing sugar - 50 g
Vanilla (extract) - 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Part yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar in 1/4 glasses of warm water. Leave will be dissolved.
The mixer shake up desi, salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 1,5 glasses of milk, egg and ready yeast. Mix and begin to pour flour. Knead dough.
Lay out on chopping board and mash dough hands (minutes 5) that dough became elastic and soft. Then put dough in the bowl (oiled from within vegetable), close pure towel and leave minimum for hour to rise.
We do stuffing. Cream cheese is shaken up with sugar, vanilla. We cool in the refrigerator (minutes 30).
Heat oven to 200C. As soon as dough has risen, stick together small balls from dough (1=40 g of water-logged dough), the size there is slightly more than ball for golf (14-16 pieces have to turn out).
Fingers make dough ball flat, lay out 1 teaspoon of stuffing and accurately close it dough. Grease each ball with milk (2 tablespoons). Bake 20-25 minutes.
