Pie BAUNTI candy

Ingredients:

For dough:
150 gr. soft desi
1 yolk
100 gr. sugar
1 bag of baking powder
2 tbsps of cocoa
1 Art. of flour

For baunta:
6 proteins
1 Art. of sugar
200 gr. coconut flakes

For cream:

5 yolks
4 tablespoons (without hill) sugar
1 Art. of milk
200 gr. desi
vanilla

2 tbsps of cognac

For glaze:
100 gr. chocolate
50 gr. desi
Or prepare your favourite glaze with cocoa

Preparation:

1. We cook dough: in bowl to mix yolk, sugar, oil. To add flour with baking powder and cocoa. We knead dough.
2. For pie (I cover usual paper, and I do not oil) to put 2/3 dough in form, to level hand. To nadopolozhit other dough in the freezer.
3. We prepare baunt: to beat whites with sugar as on meringue, but I ask to pay attention that it is less than sugar. Now we add kokosovuyustruzhka, and accurately we mix baunt spoon.
4. We spread baunt on dough.
5. We get leftover dough from the freezer, and we rub on large grater directly on baunt.
6. We bake all this beauty 1 hour at temperature of 180 *.
7. Now we get from oven, and let costs to itself, before cooling.
8. We do tasty cream: we cook yolks, sugar and milk (to density of liquid kefir). Then we cool this mix.
9. We shake up oil to splendor, and white color. Then gradually we add mix from item 8. At the end we add cognac (taste of cognac will not be, but there will be very interesting note in taste).
10. The received cream has greased all pie. We put in the refrigerator, for cooling (usually for the night).
11. When cream stiffens, we fill in pie with glaze.
