Teriyaki chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken meat — 1 kg.
- Soy-bean sauce — 125 ml.
- Apple cider vinegar — 4 tbsps.
- Sprinkling pepper — 1 tsp.
- Refiner syrup — 150 g.
- Starch — 2 tsps.
- Garlic — 4 zubk.
- Ginger — centimeters 8-10.
Preparation:
In small kastryulka to mix the sugar, soy-bean sauce, vinegar, pepper, starch divorced in 50ml. cold water, the grated ginger and garlic. Stirring slowly we will bring to boiling, sauce has to thicken. We will oil baking tray.
Let's lay out chicken. Properly we will sauce and we send all this to previously warmed oven (220 degrees) for 30 minutes. Every 5-7 minutes we mix that chicken well would become impregnated with sauce.
