Ingredients:
cocoa powder - 4 h. l.
sugar - 4 h. l.
milk - 400 ml
Preparation:
To mix cocoa powder with sugar, stirring slowly to add 2 tablespoons of hot water. To put on average fire and, continuing to stir slowly, bring to the boil.
To pour in hot milk and, having a little lowered fire, to warm up mix, without bringing to the boil.
Nimbus to shake up cocoa during 30 sec. before foam texturization. To pour on the warmed-up cups and at once to give.
