Khachapuri in an Adzharian way
Ingredients (for 10 portions):
1 kg of flour
250-300 ml of water or milk
1 St of l of sugar
15 g of dry or 50 g of fresh yeast
For stuffing:
(To polish) with 1 kg of green cheese
10 eggs
200 g of desi (to cut on 10 pieces)
Preparation:
Part yeast with sugar with warm water or milk and leave in warm place for 30 minutes. Knead dough, leave for rasstoyka for 1,5 hours.
Periodically press down dough. Then divide into 10 identical balls, roll in oval flat cakes, lay out on the oiled baking tray, on everyone fill cheese, create sides and bake in the oven warmed to 220 degrees until cheese does not melt, and dough will not get golden shade.
Take out baking tray from oven, on each khachapuri put on slice of oil and break egg. Bake 5 more minutes, the yolk can remain liquid. Give khachapuri hot.
