The Spanish salad from tomatoes and corn of Ensalada de maiz
Ingredients:
- 200 g of tomatoes,
- 200 g of green salad,
- 200 g of apples,
- 100 g of cucumbers,
- 1 bank of tinned corn,
- 100 g of olives or olives,
- salt, vinegar, olive oil – to taste.
Preparation
1. Tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, having cleared of peel and sunflower seeds, cut small slices.
2. Small tear lettuce leaves, olives or olives cut on halves or quarters.
3. In salad dish pour out corn, add vegetables, lettuce leaves and slices of olives/olives. Fill salad with olive oil, vinegar and salt.
