We cook House condensed milk
Ingredients:
- Icing sugar (purchased) — 500 g
- Milk (is fresher, not long-term storage) — 375 ml
- Desi — 40 g
Preparation:
1. We take kastryulka with high walls (milk when boiling rises and can run away), we pour out milk, we add oil and the sifted icing sugar.
2. We put on weak fire and we stir slowly, so far oil and powder will not be dissolved. Then we rearrange on average (!!!!) also we bring fire to the boil as soon as begins to boil, constantly stirring slowly we cook during 10 (!!!) minutes.
3. We pour out in jar, we wait it will be cooled so far, and it is even better to leave for the night in the refrigerator. Condensed milk can seem to you thinnish, but when cooling it will thicken.
Councils: It is better to buy icing sugar as it contains starch which promotes solidification.
