Salad with spinach and salmon
On 100g. – 95kkal.
Ingredients:
Fillet of salmon (humpback salmon, Siberian salmon) – 600g.
Spinach – 300g.
Cherry tomatoes – 300g.
Lemon – 1sht.
Cheese feta – 100g.
Walnuts – 50g.
Salt pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
1. Cut fillet of salmon small slices, salt, pepper. Fry on vegetable oil 2-3min. Lay out on napkin, let's oil flow down.
2. Cut feta in cubes, tomatoes – in half.
3. Wash out spinach, dry, sort on leaflets, mix with tomatoes and feta. Sprinkle lemon juice, strew with the walnuts crushed in the blender. Salt, pepper, mix.
4. On plate lay out hill of fillet of salmon, from above – the prepared salad.
