Flowers from puff pastry
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- The stuffing (on choice) - should not be liquid, it is possible prunes
- Egg for greasing
- Jam, chocolate (for ornament)
Preparation:
1) To roll puff pastry. Thickness of dough has to be about 0.5 cm, cut out round flat cakes. To put stuffing in the middle of flat cake
2) To create asterisk, as shown in the picture, to cut each ray of star with scissors almost to the center and to shift aside
3) To collect upper rays having turned out them in the center, previously having greased with egg
4) To leave flowers on rasstoyka
5) To fry in hot fan
6) To give previously having put a little jam in flower core, the plate can be decorated, having drawn on it bush or leaves with jam, jam or the kindled chocolate
