Salad from the humpback salmon preserved with mushrooms
Ingredients:
bank of humpback salmon-1 of piece (200 gr),
Eggs boiled-3 pieces,
piece onion-2,
piece carrots-2,
mushrooms tinned-1 glass,
mayonnaise,
vegetable oil for roasting of onions and carrots., piece garlic gloves-6.
Preparation:
layers
1. humpback salmon tinned (kneaded by fork or spoon),
2. to fry onions on vegetable oil,
3. mushrooms.
4. to grate boiled proteins of eggs on large grater, to mix with garlic gloves.
5. to fry carrots on vegetable oil.
To impregnate each layer with mayonnaise.
To decorate upper layer with yolks.
