Oat bananas and bilberry pie — 120 kcal

Begin the day with this tasty and useful breakfast. The porridge baked with bananas, bilberry, cinnamon honey and walnuts is excellent combination. And also you can do this pie with other favourite nuts and fruit! Enjoy yourselves!

Ingredients:

Ripe bananas — 2sht (400g);
The frozen or fresh bilberry — 1 glass (200g);
Honey — the 3rd table. spoons (75g);
Oat flakes — 1 glass (60g);
Walnuts — 20g;
Skim milk — 200g;
Baking powder — 1/2 teaspoons;
Cinnamon — 3/4 teaspoons;
Egg — 1sht (70g);
Vanillin — 1 teaspoon;
Icing sugar (for ornament) — 1 teaspoon;
Foil for baking.

Preparation:

We warm oven to 190C. We take ware (I use the size 25smkh15sm) in which we will bake pie. We dim on bottom and on each side foil (if you have ceramic dish, it is necessary to oil simply a little — the foil is not obligatory)

We cut bananas rings and we spread in ware. We take half of bilberry and we spread on bananas.

We strew with cinnamon — 1/4 teaspoons. We add 1 tablespoon of honey. We cover with foil and we put to be baked for 15 minutes. We take oat flakes.

In bowl we mix oat flakes, half of walnuts, baking powder for dough and the remained cinnamon. In other bowl we shake up the mixer milk, egg, remained honey and vanillin.

We get bananas with bilberry from oven. We strew with oat mix. Then we pour out mix of milk on oat flakes, having convinced that mix was distributed evenly on oats.

We strew with the remained bilberry and walnuts. We bake pie within about 30 minutes (at the same temperature), or so far golden-brown color the crust from above is not formed.

We strew with icing sugar. We give warm
