The more milk heats up, the more intensively it is necessary to shake up. I am helped with it by the manual processor with nimbus. It is important not to allow to milk to begin to boil, differently the skin not to turn out. When enough skin is formed, we remove milk from fire.
We add in cup of the 13th milk and spoon we spread skin for cappuccino to top.
