We prepare with children: Apple pancake pie
Ingredients:
Apple of the average sizes - 1 piece
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoons
Egg - 3 pieces
Milk - 1 glass
Treacle - 2 tablespoons
Flour - 3/4 glasses
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoons
Salt pinch
Preparation:
Peel apples, cut on small squares, lay out in bowl and mix with sugar (2 tablespoons) and cinnamon.
Lay out the prepared apples on frying pan bottom, and put frying pan in the oven warmed to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
For dough mix in the blender of 2 tablespoons of sugar, egg, milk, treacle, flour, salt and ginger. Mix. Open oven and fill in dough on biffins. Bake 25 minutes to golden crust.
